Maliki: Council senior policy unconstitutional and indispensable

Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, on Thursday, the Supreme Council policy is unconstitutional and can be dispensed with, adding that the National Alliance in general will not vote for him, while noting at the same time to adhere to the agreements between the political blocs, including those relating to the formation of the Council.
Maliki said that "the National Alliance will vote on the Supreme Council policy, because in the event of a vote will be President as President of the presidency," adding that "the Council is unconstitutional and can be indispensable."
Maliki said that "we will not dispense with the Supreme Council policies as long as we agreed on the formation, and will not seek to disable it, but added that there are other powers of his powers."
