Salahuddin, August 25 / August (Rn) - A Kurdish mass change on Saturday, that the oil issue has become a growing problem between Baghdad and Erbil, and must be resolved through dialogue emphasized the right of the province with 17 percent of the overall budget.

Tawfiq said "we are committed to a region which share 17 percent of the overall budget, and we demand all our rights on this basis," adding that "statistics will be the ultimate proof of the legitimacy of the Kurdistan region accounted for from the general budget."
Still relations between Erbil and Baghdad against the backdrop of tense issues accumulated many years ago, and the oil contracts, and the disputed areas as well as the budget of the Peshmerga forces and others.
