2020 today announced Iraq Caucus launch second phase of draft legal Observatory.

Legal Observatory organized a conference sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce in cooperation with the Centre for international projects, announcing the launch of the second phase of the draft legal Observatory on the auditing of economic laws in Iraq.

The representative of the Ministry of Commerce Azad Rashid in a speech to the Conference expressed its support for the project which aims to upgrade Iraq's economic performance by reviewing some economic laws.

Focused Conference, which was attended by a number of members of the House of representatives on the need to address the law No. 20 of 1970 concerning business matters or cancelled because it was not consistent and the stage of Iraq because it was enacted at the time of the Communist era.

He American lawyer from Thomas dohari/trading/American intervention in the Conference hoped to abolish law 20 of 1970 it restricts freedom of trade in Iraq, noting that the decision is up to the Iraqi officials.

The Conference discussed which was attended by a number of members of the House of representatives and advisers to the Council of Ministers and the economic figures, Iraqi laws to be activated after legislation such as the consumer protection act and the Act on the protection of the product in addition to discussing the customs tariff law and leave the import.
