BAGHDAD (Iba) .. Accused a member of the Economic Committee MP Ibrahim al-Rikabi, some neighboring countries by clicking on Kuwait not to drop and invest the remainder of the compensation of Kuwait by Iraq in rebuilding Iraq, stressing: that Kuwait decided earlier invest the remainder of the amounts owed by Iraq to invest in building Iraq.
