Issued by President Jalal Talabani on Monday the ratification ceremony inter Rules of the House of Representatives has passed during the last term.
According to a presidential statement, the President of the Republic issued a "Law of the First Amendment to the Law of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights No. 53 for the year 2008, and the law of electronic signature and electronic transactions No. 78 for the year 2012, and the law of privileges judicial investigators No. 80 for the year 2012."
The statement added that he was the ratification of the "law on ratification of the agreement on establishing a free trade zone between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the law of ratification of the Convention Economic and Technical Cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Republic of China (PRC), and the Convention on legal and judicial cooperation in criminal matters between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government Islamic Republic of Iran No. 91 for the year 2012, in addition to the law on ratification of the Arab Convention for the Suppression of Organized Crime across national borders No. 99 for the year 2012, and the law on ratification of the Arab Convention for the Suppression of Corruption (94) for the year 2012. "
As the President issued decrees ratification "of the law on ratification of the Treaty banning the use, development and transfer of cluster munitions in 2008, and the law of quarantine No. (76) for the year 2012, and the law of the repeal of Article (40) special off the salaries of members of local councils (biology and incisors) of the Code of Federal Budget 2012 , and the law of practicing nursing and midwifery (96) for the year 2012, as well as Mesopotamia Islamic Bank number (95) for the year 2012. "
The statement noted that the approval came upon what passed the House of Representatives, according to the provisions of sub-section (I) of Article (61) and item (iii) of Article (73) of the Constitution.
