to a statement issued by the Foreign Ministry today received {Euphrates
news} on Saturday that "Zebari met bikroft and discussed with him the
consultations and deliberations in the Security Council on the
termination of the mandate of the Special Coordinator for missing
Kuwaiti property to remove Iraq from Chapter VII of this file
