For his part, Beecroft expressed his country's concern "of these crises and that any change to the current situation in the Kurdish areas outside the Kurdistan region must be coordination between the province and the federal government and not by one party."
He expressed the hope "to address this crisis through the convergence of views between the political parties and work together."
The statement said that "during the meeting discussed a number of topics related to Iraq, the most important of relations between the KRG and the federal government and the crisis that occurred because of the introduction of military forces by the federal government to Kurdish areas outside the Kurdistan region, and a raid the Ministry of Finance and arrest individuals protect the Minister of Finance" .
