State ministries cancelled except for three, parliament

BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: Iraqi parliament voted today to cancel all ministries of state, except for ministries of women, provinces and parliament affairs, according to semi-official Iraqiyah TV.
The channel in a breaking news reported that the parliament voted for this cancellation.
The parliamentary meeting was held with the presence of Premier Nouri al-Maliki and a number of ministers to discuss the governmental programme and trimming its ministerial posts, upon the request of premier Maliki.
Now, the number of ministries shall be , at most, 29 compared to the previous figure of 43 ministries.
