A seminar in Nineveh for the independence of the Iraqi judiciary

Established the Union of Iraqi Jurists branch Nineveh symposium titled (strengthening the principle of independence of the judiciary), headed by Judge Amer al-Rubaie and President of the Union of Jurists in Nineveh Ahmed Shehab al-Jubouri and head the Criminal Court Ahmed Alhrithi, the presence of the governor of Nineveh Atheel Najafi and President of the Union of Jurists Iraqi General Ali Al-Shammari and a number of Hakoukaa Iraq's provinces.
The seminar stressed the importance of the independence of the Iraqi judiciary and law-making to ensure this independence to take decisions, and determine the duties imposed on human rights in building the state and the fact that the authority of two different directions, despite the fact that one is complementary to the second-making power.
