Committee formed to unify laws of controlling radioactive elements

Baghdad (AIN) –The Secretariat General of the Council of Ministers formed a committee to unify the laws of the oversight commission related to radiation, nuclear and weapons of mass destruction.
The Secretary General of the Cabinet reported in statement received by AIN "The Committee was chaired by the Head of Counsels at the Premier Office and the membership of an adviser in commission, director general of radiation protection in the Ministry of Environment, director general of national supervisory commission in the Ministry of Science and Technology, director general of the Iraqi commission to control radioactive sources and Associate Director-General of the Commission.''
"The committee will rise its recommendations to the committee of energy affairs to obtain the approval,'' the statement added. \ End
