Alshahyla: Maliki made major concessions to the Kurds within the Erbil and Disclaimer for them later

MP for the Liberal bloc in Parliament Javad Alshahyla, Monday, Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki made major concessions to the Kurdistan Alliance within the Erbil agreement.
