Daraji announces adopting new construction systems

Baghdad (AIN) –The Minister of Housing and Construction, Mohamed al-Daraji, announced adopting "new construction systems in implementing housing complexes and governmental buildings.''
The Ministry of Housing and Construction reported in statement received by AIN on Sunday "These new construction systems will be adopted in implementing the housing complexes and the governmental buildings since they guarantee better environmental conditions and reduce the cost and shorten the time factor in comparison to traditional systems.''
"The specifications of these systems are energy-saving, insulator of humidity, resist high winds and earthquakes as well as its flexibility and high resistance to fire,'' he added.
