Urgent ... the leaders of political blocs finish their part of the agreement to keep U.S. troops for training purposes

Leaders of political blocs ended after mid-night meeting at the home of President Jalal Talabani in agreement on some of the most important items to keep the number of U.S. troops in Iraq for the purpose of training leaders and Juloa government to negotiate with the U.S. side of the organization of this subject.
According to a statement distributed to reporters at the conclusion of the meeting, which lasted about five hours: "It was agreed to provide the list of candidates to the Iraqi Ministry of Defense, as well as the National Alliance candidates to the Interior Ministry that is agreed on between the candidates of the political blocs."
The statement noted that he was forming a ministerial committee to discuss the rules of procedure of the government where it was agreed to address the imbalance of the balance within two months and that the Committee shall establish a mechanism to address the imbalance
