Sadoun: Kurdistan Alliance is ready to vote on a law criminalizing the Ba'ath

The Alliance MP Mohsen Saadoun told / Baghdadi News /, that "the Kurdistan Alliance is ready to vote on a law criminalizing the Baath Party in the event of inclusion on the agenda of the House of Representatives during its sessions next," stressing that "all the forces of the coalition agreement to vote for the law according to the law and the text of the Constitution of Iraq. "
He explained that "there are many laws binding the constitution and the parliament legislation they do not work, but the law to take by the judges during the issued judgments," noting that he was "not of the alliance any objection to any law binding to the Constitution, including the law criminalizing the Baath and wait for inclusion in the House of Representatives for a vote on it."
