Mayahi said: "Iraq has implemented most of the obligations imposed by international law after falling under Chapter VII through compensation of affected States, notably Kuwait, which damaged many of the policies of the former regime and believe that the remaining reparations for Kuwait to Iraq repaid quickly and walks through the country's huge budget."
