Hamza Dawood expected National Assembly law to Parliament this week

Baghdad (newsletter).Expected Iraqi Deputy/Coalition/Hamza Dawood to reach Bill national strategic policies to Parliament this week.
Leaders of the political blocs agreed at their last meeting, held at the home of President Jalal Talabani, on presentation of a paper containing strategic policy board mechanism to Parliament for ratification.
Dawood said in a statement (for the news agency of news) Monday: "a Bill to the National Council for the strategic policy alberlbman will arrive this week to vote on it."
The issue of the National Council had been resolved at the meeting of leaders of the political blocs in the House of President Jalal Talabani will be elected President of the Iraqi list of Iyad Allawi as this Council.
Referring to decisions that get a vote of 80% will be binding on the Government, which didn't get this percentage will be advisory.
