Ambassador of Kuwait denies knowledge of a plot to destabilize southern Iraq

According to the agency, Maliki said that the gathering «informed the Emir of Kuwait to visit him in April last that information» pointing to «that the plan of the ruling family, Sheikh dependent recruitment of terrorist groups inside Iraq to destabilize the situation, especially south of the country."
