Baghdad (newsletter). According to the decision of the Committee on oil and energy, a Deputy from the Kurdistan blocs Coalition//Kassim Mohamed Qassem, political differences in parliamentary blocs have prevented the adoption of a law establishing the Federal Council for the country’s oil policy.

Kassim (News Agency): the law of the Federal Council for oil policy is one of the important laws in the country and to the legislature a policy determines oil and natural resources in the country to invest, and it determines the powers of the Federal and local governments for oil.

He said: the law is largely in the oil and gas law without which we cannot approve the formation of the Federal Council, pointing out that the lack of approval due to political differences between the blocks that influenced the adoption of many important laws in the country.
