Parliamentary Power Plan: Has failed to deliver for the last four years

The Commission on oil and energy parliamentary, on Saturday, said the plan fuel which approved in 2009 a “failure” was not implemented any item of its items by the Oil Ministry, indicating that the recent agreement between the ministries of oil and electricity to regulate the relationship between the two is merely an agreement “formality.”

The Cabinet decided this month, transforming the relationship between the ministries of oil and electricity from coordinating contractual to end the problem of the lack of fuel to run power stations.

The Ministry of Electricity has announced earlier it reached 18 hours a day processing power of the capital Baghdad, and 20-24 hours a day for the rest of the provinces.
