Kurdistan Alliance bloc welcomed the ratification by the Council of Ministers on the draft bill to transform the province of Halabja.
A spokesman for the Kurdistan Alliance bloc supporter of good in a press statement that "the approval of the Council of Ministers in its meeting held today on a bill to transform the province of Halabja, an important step in the valuation of the sacrifices of the people of Halabja in the struggle for building a democratic federal Iraq."
