On Saturday the Foreign Minister arrives in Algeria during Ramadan Lamamra to Baghdad on a two-day visit to discuss bilateral relations and ways to develop it, as well as the coordination of joint positions in the Arabic and international forums.
The representative of Iraq addressed to the Arabic League Ambassador Dr. qais Al-Azzawi Algeria Foreign Minister's visit to Iraq within the framework of political consultation and coordination of positions between the two countries on issues of Arabic and international interest, as well as to consider ways of developing bilateral relations in all political, economic and cultural fields, adding Al-Azzawi, the aim of these visits was to discuss bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to upgrade them in all political, economic and cultural fields, and on the other, to consult on developments on the political scene and, Particularly ways to support international efforts to find a peaceful solution to the crisis, which led the international representative for the United Nations and the League of Arabic, Lakhdar Brahimi, and create the conditions for a successful Conference of Geneva 2 about Syria, particularly that Iraq will attend this important Conference, after attending the Geneva 1.
