Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki called the provincial Act amending the said Al-Maliki in a speech Sunday by attending the first Conference to put the road map on the implementation of amendments to the law on the governorates that are not organized in the territory: the law when many observations must be considered because that would keep Iraq fractured, not "all of the surgery, but that does not mean we are opposed to granting the provinces powers enabling them to exercise their role.
