Sadoun: Kurdistan Alliance is keen to pass the budget

Deputy head of the Kurdistan Alliance bloc Mohsen al-Sadoun said the alliance is keen to pass the budget when the budget fair and equitable for all provinces and the Kurdistan region.
He said in a statement today: "We consider the budget law of the most important laws, and has a maturity of my people and my country and to not accept the intervention of the budget in the bidding between the political blocs and not be part of the election campaign.
He added Sadoun: "The imposition of this budget by the government to the House of Representatives, which is laden with problems, is not possible, and it was better for the government to solve all the problems when the budget was in the cabinet and not in the House of Representatives, so we believe the government is responsible for the delay of the budget and not the House of Representatives, and imposing figures in the budget, without reference to any physical evidence and the legal right of others is unfair.
He explained: "The payment of the salaries of employees in all parts of Iraq is one of the duties of the federal government, because the law of financial resources and public debt (No. 59 of 2004) has committed finance minister in the federal government to pay (1/12) of the budget, a form employees' salaries and other salaries until the ratification of the budget, and this means that the federal government is responsible for the non-payment of salaries to employees in the Kurdistan region.
Mention that there are many of the problems that prevent the adoption of the budget of Finance at the time the exchange of charges between the government and the parliament about the reason for delay.
