BAGHDAD / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network ( IMN ) - Vice President of the Kurdistan Alliance bloc Mohsen al-Sadoun, stop the negotiations between the Kurdistan Regional Government and the federal government when the two proposals, indicating that the region awaiting a formal response from Baghdad in this regard.
