Two members of Congress offer legislation to raise the Kurdish parties from terror list

The Senators Robert Menendez chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee, and Senator John McCain in the provision of the bill that "bipartisan lifted up arms against the regime of President Saddam Hussein has been helped since then to stability in the region."
