Cairo: Network News, Iraq - CKD deputy secretary general of the Arab League Ambassador Ahmed Ben Helli said the Arab League will participate two delegations of observers, one of them inside Iraq, headed by Ambassador Wajih Hanafi, Assistant Secretary General, head of the Legal Affairs and another delegation to cover the concentrations of Iraqis in Egypt.
