BAGHDAD / Nina /-- Minister of Finance Agency Safi-ddin al-Safi touched in Washington with the head of the Middle East and North Africa of the International Monetary Fund Masood Ahmed , the possibility of support given to the Ministry of Finance.
A well acquainted source told the National Iraqi News Agency/ Nina / Today: "The two sides discussed within spring meetings of the IMF and the World Bank which are currently held in Washington , the possibility of the Fund's support to the Ministry of Finance in the area of budget preparation, income forecasting and public expenditure management .
Safi is heading the Iraqi delegation to Washington for the Spring’s meetings of the IMF and the World Bank in Washington, DC , April 2014 .
