BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: *****The president of the Kurdistan region, Masoud Barzani, met today with the Italian consul to Arbil Simone De Santi and discussed the development of Kurdish-Italian relations.
In a statement, as received by Aswat al-Iraq, Mr.Santi assumed his new post to the region.
Mr.Santi expressed Italian hopes to develop relations with Kurdistan, particularly in the economic fields.*****
