Telegraph: Iraq's Kurds are seizing their chance to lay the foundations of a new state

London was considered the newspaper "Telegraph" that the British Iraqi Kurds took the opportunity offered by the current crisis, to expand their land and lay the foundations for a future independent state. Peshmerga forces applied to the control of the disputed areas, including oil-rich Kirkuk, which it claims as its capital.
