Parliamentary Finance: No degrees of functional 2014 budget resolution includes the Kurdistan region

Khandan -ali Naji parliamentary finance committee revealed, for the absence of any functional degree in draft financial budget law for 2014, after it was scheduled to include 37 000 degrees, of which the share of the Kurdistan region amounting to 17%, due to fiscal austerity in the country.
