Diyala police seize 51 tons of poisonous chlorine gas was intended to be smuggled into Baghdad
Diyala - Iraq Press - November 12: revealed a security source in Diyala province, on Wednesday, seizing quantities of toxic chlorine gas in Buhriz was intended to be smuggled into Baghdad.
The source added that "the strength of the provincial police command and in cooperation with the National Intelligence Service seized 51 tons of chlorine gas south central Buhriz orchards, was intended to be smuggled into Baghdad," noting that "the security forces arrested the perpetrators and their leaders to justice" without giving further details.
