The head of the Office of the Presidency of the Kurdistan region of Iraq, Fouad Hussein, on Thursday, the oil minister in the federal government, Adel Abdul Mahdi, holds up his sleeve project on the issue of oil and gas and the issue of the province's budget cut by the previous federal government.
