Reported early Thursday, for the Ministry of Oil to hold talks with the provincial government on the export of Kurdish oil source. The source said in an interview for "Alsumaria News", that "the oil minister, Adel Abdul-Mahdi met upon arrival, today, to Arbil with the head of the provincial government Nechirvan Barzani and Deputy Qubad Talabani to discuss the oil file." The source, who asked not to be named, said "most of the files that will be discussed is the Kurdish oil export file. And broke out a severe crisis between Baghdad and Erbil on the back stop in the region (the first in April 2012) to pump oil until further notice, due to disagreements with Baghdad and the "lack of commitment" to pay dues to the international oil companies operating in it.
