Kadhim Al-shammari called welcome to take swift action to clean up the judicial system

Tomorrow, Baghdad invited the Member of Parliament for the National Alliance MP Kazem Al-shammari, Saturday, President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Medhat Al-Mahmoud to real action and quick cleaning of the judicial institution of the venal and corrupt elements that deal with favoritism and personal interests at the expense of the public interest.
Al-shammari said in a statement it had received "tomorrow," "the judiciary represents one of the most important pillars of mature and advanced societies and communities with good judicial institution and focus of all religions and social customs, thus the work to cleanse the judicial institution of corrupt elements is the safest way to build a proper community."
He said that "there is a lot of criticism and complaints raised during the last period of several charges and not impartial justice or exploitation for the playoffs by wrapping one hand decisions or his endorsement of certain parties on the other", stating that "Iraq and the new political elite represented by the Executive and the legislature raised the slogan of change and reform for all State facilities, the judicial authority is also invited to act in accordance with this perspective, in order to achieve comprehensive reform in all authorities and institutions of the Iraqi State."
Shammari said that "the head of the Supreme Judicial Council, which is known for its professionalism and its bold and professional demands during this stage immediate action and quickly to hold and isolate all those involved with the suspicions of corruption or exploiters of the judicial office for partisan or personal interests."
Prime Minister Haidar Al-Abbadi vowed his Government to root out corruption from all State institutions and punish the corrupt.
