US Defense Secretary: we will consider the request to send ground troops to Iraq

Twilight News said the u.s. Defense Secretary, Chuck Hegel, it may consider a request to send u.s. ground forces to Iraq to help identify ground targets planned by international coalition planes targeted and if the Commander of the US Joint Chiefs of staff to make a recommendation.
