Kurdish deputy: article 140 Committee has not met so far with its members
The Prosecutor said the PUK renquin Abdullah that the special parliamentary Committee article 140 did not hold any meeting of its members so far and there was no agreement on the constitutional framework.
Abdullah said in a statement to ((the eighth day)) on "the Parliamentary Committee on article 140 is not complete yet, and no members holding any work except for the approval of the President of the House of representatives asked the Kurdish Alliance to form a temporary Parliamentary Commission for constitutional article 140".
Abdullah said that "the concern of the parliamentary blocs name chairs of the standing committees and the visits of foreign delegations headed by deputies to neighboring countries deferred consideration of the follow-up to the Committee's work and prevented the holding of meetings of its members".
"The formation of the Parliamentary Committee for article 140 and its entry into force would overcome obstacles to Executive Committee for 140 through legislation and decisions concerning constitutional article for speedy application."
The Kurdistan Alliance MP "the Alliance before a formal request to Parliament Speaker Salim Al-Juburi, to form a temporary Parliamentary Committee on constitutional article 140".
She noted that "the composition of the Commission was approved on the selection of its members to conduct business after completion of the parliamentary standing committees chairs label also promised the President of Parliament on time."(A.A)
