Chalabi: money management and accounting system in Iraq retarded

Tomorrow Press / Baghdad: The president of the Iraqi National Congress, Ahmed Chalabi, Sunday, that the money management and accounting system in Iraq retarded, as he hoped to be the beginning of 2015, the Financial Action Task right to build a healthy economy.
Chalabi said in a statement received by "tomorrow Press", "The money management and accounting system in Iraq, both backward," noting that "the first run in a grocery store because of ignorance and the second Old system and corrupt and survival deliberate in order to pass the corruption and theft operations."
Chalabi expressed his hope that "2015 will be the beginning of true financial work to build a healthy economy."
The BSA announced (June 2011), triggered the application of uniform accounting system for the departments of municipalities, while pointed to the choice of three municipalities from every province tested, confirmed that the system includes a plan to create a Cabinet and staff of the municipal departments staff in all provinces.
