Forces Union describes al-Maliki's remarks as "tense" and is appropriate and surprised the "timing"

Jarba said that "a lot of parties were responsible for the fall of Mosul, to varying degrees, but 85% of the responsibility lies on who gave the order to withdraw troops", he underlined that "the political forces want to start a new page and move away from the charges, which do not bring the best for Iraq."
