Financial representative Unveils project to restructure the Bank and good legal

The parliamentary Finance Committee, unveiled Monday, for its examination of the Rafidain Bank restructuring Bill and the good have the possibility of competition in the market.
Committee member, said Haitham Al-jubouri in a press statement that "there are three types of restructuring for banks and financial, legal and operational, and the Finance Committee on the examination of the legal restructuring of the banks."
"The Bank's legal structure and rational would allow them to secede from the owner and the Finance Ministry intended here," adding that "these positive aspects of restructuring the banks and the national economy."
"The law restructuring the banks exists since the previous parliamentary session, there was involvement of the opinion by the World Bank, the Commission now debated this law," adding "the project is expected to be submitted to Parliament in the period ahead to discuss it and vote on it."
Al-jubouri said that "banks can, after the liberation from the owner, to compete with private banks, whether local or international, and also participation in profit and loss as it would be within the financial market knew."
