Babylon: Implementation Plan 2015 is based on the completion of infrastructure projects

And between Aday's (IMN), that "the provincial council sent a letter to government departments to prepare for the 2015 project plan. He added that "the implementation of next year's plan contingent on the completion of projects this year, because it is one of the infrastructure projects. He pointed out that "the delay in the implementation of the 2014 plan borne by the previous federal government because of the wrong policies which have led to the lack of adoption of the budget law." According to the Commission services in the province of Babylon, earlier, that the province is unable to discharge the winter rainfall, to the lack of funds allocated to projects of sanitation and sewage.
