Said Communications Minister Mohammed al-Hakim's (IMN), that "the damage done to the infrastructure of the Ministry of Communications in the provinces of Anbar, a very large and Nineveh compared to the size of the damage at least in the provinces of Salahuddin and Diyala, because Aldoaash used explosives to destroy the infrastructure of optical cable in Anbar and Nineveh ". Hakim said that "we have very so far precise figures on the size of the damage suffered by the infrastructure of the ministry in the provinces of Diyala and Anbar, Salahuddin and Nineveh, but according to information from there, the damage is extensive compared with the ministry possibilities. The Iraqi government confirmed earlier that the reconstruction of the cities after the liberation of the entire gang Aldaashah need for international intervention, because the required amounts exceed the ability of the Iraqi government.
