Alusi: Iraq did not choose a regional broker reconciliation
BAGHDAD / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network (IMN) - a member of the Parliamentary Committee on Foreign Relations, Mithal al-Alusi, said on Thursday that Iraq did not choose Egypt as a mediator for the regional work to achieve national reconciliation in the country. He said al-Alusi's (IMN), "We are the government and parliament and political parties, are able to talk with each other, and resolve outstanding without a regional mediator problems. Experts said in Washington, earlier, that Iraq needs a regional broker in order to work towards national reconciliation in Iraq, has been proposed by Egypt, as the leading candidates for this role.
