Release of director of Rafidain Bank branch in Baghdad on bail of the Integrity Commission
BAGHDAD / Obelisk: A source in the police, on Monday, that the security services released director of Rafidain Bank branch in Baghdad, "bail" Ten days after his arrest.
The source said that "the security forces fired, on Thursday evening, the release of director of Rafidain Bank branch in Baghdad, Mohammed Hussein al-Bayati."
The source explained that "the release of al-Bayati, was on bail from the Integrity Commission."
It is noteworthy that the security forces had arrested the director of Rafidain Bank branch in Baghdad, Mohammed Hussein al-Bayati, the thirteenth of the current December, against the backdrop of recent embezzlement process suffered by the bank.
The central bank had announced, in (December 4, 2014), the formation of a committee to uncover the circumstances of the theft of 500 billion dinars from the Rafidain Bank, as pointed out that most of the stolen money has returned from Alsarv that transformed the exception of certain amounts to the two banks are being dealt with currently.
