Communications: our budget for next year will enable us to implement part of our projects for 2014

Tomorrow Press / Baghdad: revealed the Ministry of Communications, on Monday, that the budget allocated for 2015 will enable the completion of at least parts of their projects drawn for 2014.
He said the older agent of the Ministry of Amir al-Bayati's "Tomorrow's Press," that "the Iraqi state has allocated to the Ministry of Communications during the 2015 budget amounted to 238 billion dinars, including very small part of the investment will be."
He added that "the money will be implemented in parts of the easy projects drawn and planned for the year 2014, including fiber-optic network to numbers from landlines to provide technical services to the citizens projects (online - video calls and games)."
He said al-Bayati said, "the ministry's plan is to create infrastructure for the implementation and operation of generations fourth and fifth projects, after Haina infrastructure to serve the third generation," noting that "there should be sustaining tack projects in light of sabotage carried out by terrorists and all these things need money ".
The Council of Ministers approved in its regular, in 23 of the current December, the budget bill and sent it to Parliament for formal approval, pointing out that the budget approved B123 trillion dinars and a price of $ 60 per barrel of oil and a large deficit.
