He revealed the parliamentary finance committee member Haitham al-Jubouri, on Wednesday (January 7, 2015), the existence of a trend in the House of Representatives to return the general budget bill to the cabinet again, and while he described as "delusional", confirmed the allocation of two billion dollars to rally public and internally displaced persons.
