Al-Maliki is trying to block a parliamentary source obstruction pass state budget.!

Parliamentary sources said that Nouri al-Maliki bloc in a State of law are trying to obstruct passing the general budget during these days.
The source said that "there are more than 18 members of Maliki's bloc trying to block passage of the budget and approved quickly so earns this success to the present Government, headed by Haidar Al-Abbadi.
He added that members of Maliki's bloc are trying hard not to pass the budget, saying the recent oil agreement between Baghdad and Erbil as major reasons for the refusal.
