Suhail: Part of the money owed by the Kurdistan exist in foreign banks and another in Erbil

MP for the coalition of state law Hisham al-Suhail, Saturday, for that part of the money owed by the Kurdistan region from the export of oil found in foreign banks and another in Erbil.
Said Suhail told / information /, "There is a committee formed between Baghdad and Erbil for the completion of the settlement of amounts owed by the Kurdistan, and therefore we await the completion of the procedures of these committees soon."
He added that "the amounts owed by the province is 36 billion dinars as a result of the export of oil from the region previously," explaining that "if this amounts recovered Vstsd deficit in the entire budget, so the Commission to expedite the negotiations with Kurdistan in order to recognize the budget without a deficit."
Suhail said, "We do not know where the money went, obtained by the province from oil exports in the past, you are within the region or in the balances abroad," adding that "there is information that a portion of this money in foreign banks and another section in Kurdistan."
