Kurdistan Region President received, Massoud Barzani, on Wednesday, a delegation from the Saudi Foreign Ministry, headed by Ambassador Abdul Rahman bin Grman Monthly who visited Arbil to open a consulate in the Kingdom of Kurdistan.
