Documents reveal the consent of Maliki to purchase oil of Kurdistan in Exchange for support for a third term

The document showed the North oil company, addressed to the Ministry of natural resources in Erbil, the approval of the oil Ministry in the Government of Al-Maliki, to buy oil from Iraqi Kurdistan, as the document identified quantities and how to move them through the pipes.
