Alliance forces: the National Guard Law is part of the paper for political reform and implementation of duty

A member of the Iraqi parliament for the Alliance of Iraqi forces Raad Aldhlki that «the project of the National Guard, law, and regardless of the party's position or this block or that it is part of a political reform paper that the current government was formed under, and thus became the duty of the government's implementation. He Aldhlki told ((eighth day)) that the composition will be given legitimate government because prejudice to any item of paper reform items that would pull the legitimacy of the government, in particular, we note that there are attempts to delay and a slowdown in terms of lack of approval under various pretexts most recent austerity and lack of financial resources. Aldhlki and pointed out that "there are those who fear the National Guard or factional interests or narrow partisan considerations, and we do not want to stand over the objections of this paper we are committed to reform, and the government and other forces are supposed to be well .The Iraqi Council of Ministers proceeded, at its first meeting, which was held in September of last year, in the preparation of a bill to establish a National Guard troops and organize volunteers from the popular crowd through a committee that includes military and legal experts. With the Cabinet two weeks to complete a deadline, the entry into the country in a severe financial crisis and rethink priorities by the government led to delay approval. (AA)
